Activities will be cancelled if minimum numbers are not reached.
The Uniform to wear is the normal School PE uniform.
Starting week 2 of each Term.
Monday - Gym - Circuit and Weight Training (in School Gym in MPC)
Tuesday - Athletics - Sprint and Middle/Long Distance Running (on Back Oval)
Thursday - Dance ( in PAC) or Gym - Circuit and Weight Training (in School Gym)
Friday - Zumba (in PAC ...Performing Arts Centre)
REMEMBER...ONCE YOU SIGN IN...AND THE GOOGLE FORM ACCEPTS YOU....YOUR IN!!!
